Honestly, it sounds like he's making fun of you in a joking and sarcastic manner, which is more or less a sign he likes you. It's something a lot of guys do with each other, especially good friends. Don't read into it too seriously. You're still pretty young. Everything he's done from what you described is due to the fact he's 100% into you. He's probably just as nervous as you are to express those sort of feelings.
