This is a social/dating site so I say stick with a picture of yourself.

Its best to use a picture of yourself on a dating website. People who use a different picture like a Anime Character you don't know how they look like. So its a hit or miss if you are attracted to them physically.

I think it's better to use a picture of yourself if you're trying to find a relationship online. But ultimately, you should use whatever makes you more comfortable
