Chihiro Furuya is a male high school student with a keen interest in zombies, collecting zombie-related videogames, film and manga, and even to the point of desiring to "kiss a zombie girl". Following the death of his pet cat, Babu, he attempts to revive it using an old manuscript, which describes the process of creating a potion for resurrection.

A disillusioned young man in search of "something" stumbles into the weird and wacky world of Wonderland, where, as "Alice," he is thrust into a murderous game of "Kill the White Rabbit" by command of the ruler of the land, the Queen of Hearts. But while Alice rails against the role that has been forced upon him, he has little choice but to comply.

Ayumu is murdered by a mysterious dark force. He awakens as zombie, the work of a beautiful and cursed angel of fate, a necromancer, Eucliwood Hellscythe.
