The end of the Neon Genesis Evangelion left many questions as to the fate of NERV, the Children, the Angels, and many other plot factors unanswered, unexplained, or otherwise hanging. To answer a legion of now befuddled Evangelion fans, Gainax remade the ending into a two-part movie known as Death and Rebirth which was to supersede episodes 25 and 26 of the television series, which then led to this movie, Death and Rebirth itself being recreated into part one of The End of Evangelion.

The third of four films released in the Rebuild of Evangelion tetralogy, a remake of the original anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion. The storyline departs markedly from where Evangelion 2.

The reaper built this agency for weapons and for those who will be trained to wield them.

Set in the city of Misaki, Japan, Shakugan no Shana (Translated as Burning-Eyed Shana) is a story involved in the disputes of those from a parallel universe called the Crimson Realm. It largely focuses on Yuji Sakai, an average Japanese high school boy, who gets thrown in the Crimson Realm’s conflict by the accident.

Trigun: Badlands Rumble is a 2010 film by Madhouse. It is based on the Trigun manga, written by Yasuhiro Nightow.

The story picks up after what happened in season one. Things that are left unexplained in the first season get explained in the new season in three separate arcs.

One day, a man entered a temple that housed forty-eight statues possessed by demons and made a deal: in exchange for ultimate power, they could each take a piece of his soon-to-be born son. Soon after the child came into the world and the demons held up their end of the bargain; the man then left the crippled child in the river to die.
