One really good workout that I do sometimes, and have recommended to people, is jogging up and down stairs. I do 10 times up and 10 times down. Even if you're at home, you can still find ways to be active. There are also plenty of modern video/tv workouts.

I need to get into shape too. I usually go for a jog a few times a week. There's a little too much junk food in my kitchen, though. Hehe. Anything to get your whole body moving is a great start.

Haha. I used to do 50 in a row...technically laying on my stomach in between sets of 10
