I showed one of my coworkers all of my cosplay outfits and she asked what I was doing for this year. I said being a truck driver makes it a bit difficult to dress up with the 5th wheel grease and having to climb under trailers for inspection. Can't wear masks of any kind. Plus now I have a beard, so whatever I wear has to accommodate, haha! Any suggestions as to what I should dress as?

nice, I'm always pretty lazy about getting signatures. Like it normally only happens if I'm in the right place at the right time, but I don't normally plan for it.

Next con I have planned is Brick City Anime festival in Ocala Florida. They usually have a much smaller list of guests, but they have a great lineup this year. I can get autographs for my Demon Slayer, One Piece and Konosuba merch all at once. ♡ https://www.brickcityanimefestival.com/

Oh that's cool, I want to get into more intricate cosplay, but I make my own and I'm not as comfortable making military-esc outfits. (Ironically since I do mostly Hetalia cosplay.)

There is this new convention in my area called Isshocon, it's run by a Detroit store and they've had successes with their prior year. And with the local Youmacon being an utter dumpster fire I plan on going. If not in cosplay I'll just go as is. I really want to go as Char Anzable. After watching Gundam the Origin and the OG 0079 compilation movies, I gotta say he's one of my favorite characters in anime

princess_snow @princess_snow nice, I tend to like cosplay I can thrift for since while I can sew and customize, my sewing machine doesn't always give me good seams.

As someone with fairly sever breathing problems I prefer not to be around smokers. Like if they're family or coworkers then fine, but I wouldn't want to hang out in a smoking area just because. I drink like barely once a month but don't mind if other people do. (Although the bartender that I do know had me deal with a trouble customer last time I went in.) I tend to be the sober friend and don't mind that.
