I'm not a trained medical personnel or anything for me the best way would be to watch what you eat and be more active. There is no real fad diet that'll last unless you change your personal habits. You probably hear all the weight loss advice and they're all the same -control your portion size -more veg than proteins and grains. I actually went on a gluten free diet once cause of my room mate. You lose weight but man do I love normal pasta though :/ -be more active -cut soft drinks, more water. Actually there's a tip there. Drink some water before you eat, it'll help you feel fuller if you're having issues controlling your portion size -junk food less -try to not eat out often As long as you burn more cal than you intake, you should lose weight. How much and how fast is up to your own body and mental state. Hope that was somewhat helpful

There's a pretty decent article on dr. Nerdlove about creeping. Personally, I feel like some of his advice stems from more extreme examples because they haven't totally happen to me but a lot of it is pretty sound. Don't stare at a girl while working up the nerve to talk to them, be aware of your body language. Especially at a convention where let's be honest, we women are already wary.
