Struggling with mental health is like the feeling of drowning in a bottomless ocean struggling to stay above water. After everything I find myself getting panic attacks every other day at this point. Developed abandonment issues and severe self doubt to where I get scared of saying anything on my mind sometimes. Please stay wary and take care of your mental health. It’s very much real. You are loved.
