I am an otaku who loves anime, manga, light novels, anime music, and video games. I currently live in Ottawa but I also go to Montreal every weekend to meet up with some friends who are also otakus. When it comes to my friends, I will try to do as much as possible so that everyone is happy. I will make decisions that will get everyone involved instead of catering to only a few. I sometimes get too competitive and try hard to avoid it. I am very shy to the point that I sometimes seem awkward to people that I have met for the first time. So this relationship thing hasn't been a top priority for me. I joined this site mostly because my family and friends keep bugging me about starting a relationship so I will see how this goes. Wouldn't mind finding some good friends if the relationship thing isn't a priority.

I like going to anime conventions and buying merchandise like figures and memorabilia. I mostly watch anime and read manga in my spare time. I consider myself to have an open mind to try almost any kind of anime/manga. My current goal is to go back to Japan for another trip in order to soak up more culture and enjoying more of Akihabara. Even though I can add anime to my profile, it would be easier to just provide my list that I have on MyAnimeList.net:

Occasionally I will watch a TV show for example: I started watching Doctor Who after a co-worker wouldn't stop praising it at work.
