That usually sounds about right. In my family, it's tradition to eat a hot spicy soup when you get down with some sickness to sweat it out.

(8:53 PM Mon. Aug 8th) I feel like I’m breathing better and cause of the pills my mom gave me my body doesn’t feel as achy and my headache is gone for now. I do however feel terribly hot and I think my body is trying to sweat out this sickness
