I attempt to be funny, though I like to think of myself as mildly-entertaining. I'm serious when I need to be, but for the most I prefer to be very laid back and relax. I don't see the point in stressing out on things if there's nothing you can do about them at the time. Do what you can while you can, wait out the rest.
I'm a little bit crazy (in a good "He's a great guy to have at a party!" kind of way, not a "Oh my god, stalker!" kind of way). I love writing, in fact I'm working on three novels at the moment, with ideas buzzing for a fourth. If you like vampire stories, let me know, I'll send you some of my work! :) I love anime (my first series include DBZ, Tekkaman Blade and Sailor Moon), I'm a hardcore gamer and movie buff.
But, the most important thing you should know about me, is that I'm a great listener, I like talking, and I love bacon. Also, I'm the last person you want to make dirty dares with because I will not only do them, I would do them shamelessly and with a smile. For example: I've written messages on my own ass with a sharpie and sent them in a picture message to friends. :)
I consider my theme song to be "Can't Change Me" by Chris Cornell; it's about a man who meets an amazing woman, but won't change who he is just to suit her. I know who I am, and I accept it. Some things, you're just gonna have to deal with, a few others I'm willing to work on. For example, I know I have huge procrastination problem, and I am planning to work on that...eventually.
I'm currently in college taking classes for a degree in IT/Networking (for those who are less computer savvy, I'm basically gonna be the guy you call when your computer is busted at work). I work at Target, which is AMAZING (current buzz word at work, complete with corporate brainwashing induced grin)! I'm doing everything I can to keep my family a float. We lost our house last year, so I share an apartment with my parents and my brother. Life hasn't been easy, but, I take it one day at a time and I'm forever going to be there for my family til they get on their feet.
I've sacrificed a lot the last year and I've been through a lot. Now, I've reached a phase where I don't want to just grind through each day and not have anyone. I want a lady spend my evenings or days off with. I don't ask for much, except for honesty, affection and tolerance of my anime, gaming and Doctor Who addictions...preferably someone who shares these addictions so we can shamelessly enable one another.
The first things people usually notice about me
are that I can be really white for a black guy, I have an obsession with bacon, I'm extremely honest and rarely hold things back, and I'm very goofy and laid back. Also...I'm constantly looking for a reason to start doing the dance from Gangnam Style.
Movies: Non-anime: Fight Club, Serenity, Memento, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Awakenings, Bicentennial Man, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, The SAW series, 300, I'm slowly getting more and more into Asian Horror and Foreign films in general...as long as they're not dubbed. Only dubbing I want is in my anime! (Shut up! I know, dubbing evil, I liked dubbed AND subbed thank you, very much!)

In spite of all of my dirty jokes, I'm honestly the mostly respectful person you were ever meet when it comes to seriously treating a woman properly, and I'm a huge (and guarded) romantic at heart. There are some doors you won't see opened unless I feel like you're interested and/or to see what's inside.
