Either Bass drums or the quad drums. We goofed around a lot in the band-room. While everyone was learning, the drummers did what they wanted until the last two weeks of practice.

I enjoyed the time we had while we weren't playing and marching. Considering I had to carry some of the heaviest instruments, it wasn't as fun.
