I haven't been to Boise and such but the parts of Idaho I've been to are very conservative and old fashioned. Not my style but my grandparents love it. As far as physical aesthetics, I've been to or through over half the states and probably Colorado is my favorite. But certainly there are parts of Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Oregon etc. that are very pretty. The Smokey and Appalachian mountains are nice too but the Rocky mountains are best.

Oh jeez, Idaho? I was born in Pocatello. Landscape is pretty but I never liked Idaho. I saw your Star Wars fanfic (I still need to read it though). I'm thinking of starting up a high-end lightsaber business next year. For sparring with built in soundboards and led's. Kind of like saberforge and such but low volume unique designs.
