I don't have a problem with shooting them off myself but the good ones are pretty expensive. I'd prefer to let someone put the show on for me. Since I live by the lake the option to watch the fireworks display they put on professionally is really nice. Of course my friend that always seems to be getting himself into trouble has been buying M80s... which are illegal for him to own lol.

I've lit a few off. The challenge is if you are wanting to make a big display for an audience or just shooting them off for the fun of it. A certain degree of timing is needed when an audience is involved however when that isn't an issue it is pretty easy. Have you ever shot any fireworks off?

Sounds about the same. I swear it has been like a war zone outside my house for the past couple of days. If it isn't one person it is another shooting off fireworks. Can't say I mind because I have been up pretty late and usually no one is shooting anything off too late.

My 4th of July wasn't really anything special. Just stayed home and chilled. I had the option of going with some family members to see fireworks over the lake on the weekend but I opted out of that because I thought it would be a hassle and I have done it before. I will end up going to see a fire works display at my little cousins birthday party because they always buy a bunch of fireworks to shoot off coming up so I'm not missing out.
