I honestly have plans to revamp my cosplays. I'm going to fine tune Kouga and make my Gene Starwind 2.0 cosplay. That probably won't be ready until this winter though...

I thought the con was happening right now? I know I have two cons in two weeks and I don't really have any cosplays atm :(

I hope so too :) I have heard of Acen. As a matter of fact, I have a good friend who usually attends the show. I don't know if she went this year, I think she fell of the face of the planet (that or she's been roleplaying way too much!)

Its not too bad, I'm going out why my father tonight for some fun, plus I just came back from a Baseball game with him right down the road from me. Did you have too much to drink last night? XD

To be honest, I think that the competitive nature only exists within our minds. Do what you love and you'll only be granted with more love back.

I think whatever path you choose will be the right one, there's no question to that, but if your desire is to become an animator or learn animation, I would definitely pick up a book or two and self-teach yourself the animation. I have met plenty of people who picked up a drawing pad and started their hobbies that way. And for the record, I do know there are plenty of websites out there that can teach you animation tutorials.
