Also thought i'd take this time to talk about one of my favorite Christmas specials which is Disney's Mickey's Christmas Carol! IMHO it's a very criminally underrated special. I know it's crazy short and i wish it was longer but for what we got, it's just so good for it is! I never honestly cared for the George C. Scott version nor have i really watched the other versions that much. But there's something about Mickey's Christmas Carol that just makes you want to come back to it. It's sorta like the chuck jones version of "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" in that sense. The best thing that stands out for me is definitely Alan Young as Ebeneezer Scrooge! He's so lovable in his performance yet he's very much the cold hearted jerk that's obsessed with greed. He was the original voice of Scrooge Mcduck in Ducktales after all but he did this before that, but it comes across here even as a first performance it's just done exceedingly well! The moment he realizes his wrongdoings and the way he's so filled with Joy you just can't help but love the guy. There's so much energy and passion in his performance. Also!! This is the first time, that Wayne Allwine took over the role as Mickey Mouse but he's Bob Cratchit and there's one scene that's particular heartfelt and he does great! The choices for the spirits that visit Scrooge in this version are unique choices too. Especially the spirit of Christmas future like hot damn! It's a pretty intense scene. Either way, the intro song "A very merry Christmas" is such a good Christmas song and I love the way they use a musical motif during the special. I get the feeling that you're the type of person that's full of energy. Yes I have seen Tales of Princess Kaguya, it very beautiful but I can't help but be unhappy about the way it ends. I have heard/played some Fire Emblem games, I got FE Fates Conquest and also FE Echos Shadows Of Valentia. At some point I had also indulged in playing FE Heros but I had to delete the game to save space on my device. Additionally to what I have been reading Manga wise is Yona Of The Dawn (I finished vol.42) and I have been looking for the next book for I'm A Spider, So What?. I'm a big mishmash when it comes to my interests in games but most commonly I'll lean on stuff with anime art and or has the pixel/retro feel-take Shovel Knight for example.
