Ah, the dreaded "About Me" section. I do admit, I have a bit of trouble here, mainly because it's hard to describe myself in a way that doesn't sound vague or fake. But I like to give you all a little bit of insight about me.
I'm a bit of a gamer, transitioning from console gaming to more PC gaming, and while I do enjoy playing solo games like Skyrim, I enjoy playing games with people such as SMITE, Terraria, and Gauntlet on Steam, and a few other console games such as the Monster Hunter series on the DS or a game known as Dragon's Crown on the PS3. My idea of talking about a serious subject is discussing why I feel the console system gaming is slowly going to die out, or how cloud service like Steam excel in the long run.
I love to laugh, watch comedies and light-hearted and humorous animes, and I feel more comfortable just hanging out with a small group of friends over a board game than going out clubbing with a lot of people I don't know. Other interests of mine are tabletop games such as Pathfinder, D&D [I prefer 3.5 but I won't hold it against you if you like some of the newer ones ;) ], FATE, and Mutants and Masterminds. I do occasionally play the role of Gamemaster, but I prefer playing a game to running one.
My taste in music is everywhere. Chances are good that...oh, I don't know, perhaps a good sixty to seventy percent of the music I listen to are Anime openings/soundtracks or something from video games, but I do have a couple of other artists I listen to such as Within Temptation, Assemblage 23, Fall Out Boys, Good Charlotte, and Lady Gaga.
