KuroK @kurok Despair in the tragedy that is our world put into memes for me to laugh at... so i can literally laugh at other peoples misery... wait is it them despairing or me? Them for actually going thru it? or me for feeling bad about laughing at it?? (not really tho)

Ghost @kuharido All joking aside. It's a good course. Been around for a long time, no equipment or anything. Just bodyweight and isometric exercises. Along with healthy living habits. Kinda old school language but it adds to the charm.

KuroK @kurok Yeah reading it you can tell. The first page is all about safety and is well written... might actually have to give it a try

Ghost @kuharido Remember to breath with your exercises. As a general rule when you move up or outward breath in and down or forward breath out. In through the nose out through to the mouth. Do it slowly and focus on the exercise.

Ghost @kuharido I use to do isometric martial arts stuff before I got sick. Hoping to get back into it.
