I love Japan! Profile pic is obviously AI but not that far from the truth / based on a real pic of me. I'm a successful 40-something who has missed out on a lot in life by not reaching for my dreams, being caught-up in the day-to-day here in the USA... but it's time! So, here I am. I will write more about myself someday. Feel free to say hi, especially if in Western WA and wanting to meet-up irl. I love anime but also Japanese drama, language, culture, food, etc. Hoping to maybe find some people that are like me, as opposed to my past habits of settling for those around me. You may find I'm not as knowledgeable about anime and Japanese pop culture as others, but that's because I have a lot of interests centering around Japan and as much as I love those things, I have historical, culinary, cultural, and Japanese language interests to entertain, along with trying to make a life work in America (in the mean time?)... and those things take a lot of my time. Life is short!
Happy to make friends with men or women, however I date women. Traditionally. Honestly I have great friends of all kinds... I am open-minded, but my apparently biology continues to influence me to date women. But, given the luck I've had there over the years, you never know! ;)
And... don't mind me not reaching out or being bad about getting back to you... I'm busy... and an introvert at heart! I can play an extrovert in a movie or something, but really it's not me. So don't be a stranger and don't be offended if I am.
