hi everyone. I actually did a formal introductory post a while ago, but it seems to have been deleted through some mishap. This seems like a really vibrant community in which to make friends and perhaps other types of relationships. I look forward to getting to know others on the site.

as someone who actually has a vested interest in this topic, I guess I should explain myself. I definitely am looking through the responses and being overwhelmed by the amount of understanding shown. As someone who is confined to a chair, (I can do basic stuff for myself, just need help with a few of the bigger types of things) it's not always easy to even approach someone that I would find attractive because, in some cases, even if people can see you without noticing the chair, the chair still scares them away. I joined this website with the hopes of possibly finding someone in the future, it's at least nice to know that there are so many open-minded users around here.
