If I remember correctly you mentioned years ago about battling alcoholism that was compounded by grief over losing a relative in the military. I also believe you spoke of being happy to have found a healthy relationship with someone recently. I hope that part is still the case. I won't use platitudes or discuss my personal faith since you're already aware of my stance on such matters. All I desire to convey is that I genuinely care about what happens to you. Your struggles are your own and no doubt it's layered. That said I want you to be successful in life in a healthy environment with people that can sincerely offer assistance. I don't see why you shouldn't be worthy of a better life. Be merciful to yourself, Curly. Life is a bizarre journey and one filled with peril. May you find respite!

I'm not one for being open, I usually immediatly bury my vents under my thread so only people who cared enough to look would see it. As much as it would help me, so I just wanna say this. No context included. I used to be so proud and so strong and social, and some of us here, that probably feels like yesterday. I'd always barge headfirst into my problems, not caring about the damage I took. It worked very well for so long in my life, but... I look back and I can really see the wear and tear on myself... and it's so... fuckin painful, and heavy. Like what do I do...? How? How can I take at least some of this weight off?

Want to trade? My neighbor is a self proclaimed mechanic with a side hustle in carpentry. He loves to work on boat motors as well as running his power saw at exactly 3:02 AM. His teen son is training on becoming a sound system specialist which is why midnight is the perfect time to crank up the jams to no less than 11. But hey, at least they play Alice In Chains so it's not all bad...

Just got yet another letter of a data breach where all my personal info was leaked. Got offered another 2 years of free identity monitoring. What is the fuckin point of identity protection?? These assholes leak my data so often my free services from the last set of morons that leaked my data haven’t even expired yet! Pointless services piss me off. I’m literally going to sign up for the services out of bitterness just so that it costs them money.
