lol well in the 90s it was complete opposite, nobody trashtalks in Figthing games on the arcades, if you do you get punched in the face. And in my experience, Fighting game players are more disciplined and mature compared to moba players and fps players. No need talk, win alone 1 v1, no one carries you but yourself.

@momoichi wait are we talking about the IRA (1919-1921)? Or the IRA (1968-1998). I assume it's the later. If it was the Colonial British empire during the Irish famine I could agree with violent tactics but the British government after WWII is far more reasonable. I can't agree in the IRA attacking other Irish just because they didn't agree with them. That's tyranny. The IRA murdered Jean McConville. For what? Beating her up claiming she was giving information when that wasn't true. You don't make a right with two wrongs. The IRA(68-98) were just a big gang. Probably by today's standards. I still see it as good, but it's not Full Metal Aclchemist good or Attack on Titan good. The English dub is amazing. But I can see what you mean, some people overhype it to extreme, can't really blame them, because back then it really was golden.

Cowboy Bepop was facken mediocre. I'm not even talking about the Netflix series, which is on another level of shit. I'm talking about the anime. Anime is overrated. Best thing the anime had was the soundtrack. That was actually pretty good
