If you don't see a point to rap your part of the problem. Tired of people saying they don't get it. Rap holds or ugly reality. Rap gives our young generation a opportunity to look at theyselfs. People think it's pointless. They see the skin color only and not the lyrics. Yall have the privilege to not try to understand us. But we have to understand you to survive. I learned that from a young age. I denounced my black indenity long ago in order to understand you. Always been seen as the black sheep for trying to know you. Never being able to connect with my people. Till this day. Because I held you in a high regard. I've always knew reality. I spent my whole life studying you and trying to emulate you. I know how to talk to a police officer. You talk like you don't have rights. I listen to every genre of music cuz I have to understand. I don't even watch black television or black comedians more than I should. Because I know you rule the world. Yet I still mourn for unjust death of humans regardless of color.
