this is the symbol of avarice http://static.gosunoob.com/img/1/2016/03/dark-souls-3-symbol-of-avarice.jpg the little head piece thats what its called. i think it gives you more rewards after a boss battle but in exchange it drains your life. thats why speed runners use this when they do a no hit run. cuz it drains your life and allows you to get to red tearstone ring range for bonus attk dmg yeah i cant remember a single area that was a pain for me...except maybe the area before the smelter XD yeah im with you on that one lol i kept getting invaded by red summons on my way there. i love pvp, i just like challanges. i mean the computer can only do so much you know? once you learn the moveset and timing its easy. with pvp you never know what to expect. haha yeah the voice acting on the carvings is funny what i loved most about BB is the fact that when you walked up to the windows sometimes you could talk to the people (though they did most of the talking like always) but the father gascoigne one was kinda sad. lol you and this damn broadsword XD black knight's sword is the best...ehh the black knight's halberd is alright. but yeah i never played with the holy sword. i did however get the cannon :D they are really good. i mean im a batman fan so XD kinda fell in love with the first game since they had some pretty cool parts in it...like running from killer croc no more secret areas? hidden illusionary walls? bosses having nothing to do with the story line? well i guess we are just the opposite XD i had the least trouble with smough but the most with ornstein. ornstein is kinda ez to kill when there is the two of them but he is annoying with all his dashing and stuff when smough is charging after you. i think the easiest place to clear out was the dark cave with he pirate ship XD but yes the monster placement is insane everything from the monster that ambush you to the little poison spitting statues clearing out all that stuff is a pain. i didnt realize you could completely clear them out until i started farming for souls and all of the sudden one of the knights didnt respawn yeah i was legit confused i swore that was his real name. i was like thats a brutal name for a kid. not even butch but butcher, someone that chops meat. sounds like something you would name a serial killer i love co-ops. i havent done much of pvp but i've destroyed a kid or two in a pvp match up. there were times i got destroyed *cough* avelyn spamming me to death. but i really love the "hello" wood carving the most XD its always funny people spam it over and over. wait doesnt the symbol of avarice take away your life in exchange for more souls? they probably put it on last minute because of that. holy sword...hmm holysword? is that the one that is a tiny blade then turns into a bigger one when you swap it? yeah getting echoes was no problem...running out was the problem and since you always could only carry 20 which go by fast cuz like one hit is almost all your life parrying was much harder for me. it was a new animation and like the timing was something completely different from dark souls parry. i never finished the game i kinda forgot where i was....i think at the part with all the amygdala hanging all over the place...actually no i think it was at the weird fat spider thing. he was kinda tough cuz of all those spiders. the torch made things easy though. yeah well like i need to beat both that and DS3 i cant like kick the bucket until i've played those two XD that and every batman: arkham game there is i've played asylum and city. some of arkham origins until my cousin like ruined my game file by playing 60% of the game while i was away (left off on 12%) well yeah most of DS1's problems came from lack of knowing how to play and lack of knowing where to go. once you know both the game is ez pz. honestly had i started DS2 and jumped into DS1 it would be like stepping into a whole different game. the difficulty level was just so different. part of the reason why DS2 was ez was kinda cuz i knew how to play already? buuut like DS1 is still much harder, cant really speak for 3 but from the things i've seen it doesnt look all that difficult
